• Readable Reverse

  This option is for people wishing to build a home in reverse.The plans are flipped and all writing and dimensions are made readable. Your order will be filled in reverse orientation only. The standard format will not be included in your plan order. 

• Convert 2x6

  All exterior walls are changed to 2x6 lumber.

• Materials List

  A complete list that includes materials for the no charge foundation versions only. Purchasable options (ex. 2 x 6 exterior walls or garage changes) will not be reflected in the list nor will floor trusses, roof trusses and concrete be called out.

• Additional Sets

  Select this option and choose how many extra sets you need.
