PDF - Single-Build
A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
PDF - Unlimited Build
A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD + PDF - Unlimited Build
This plan is designed Chief Architect and the files are exported to generic .dwg files and delivered digitally. A complimentary PDF file is also included. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, the CAD (computer-aided design) is used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. The plans come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes.
