PDF - Single-Build
A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
CAD+PDF - Single-Build
The plan is designed in AutoCAD. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a PDF copy of the plans. This also includes a release giving you legal permission to make changes, and to print unlimited sets. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home.
