Five printed sets (shipped) and a PDF (delivered digitally) of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
CAD + PDF - Single-Build
This plan was designed in ArchiCAD and the CAD files will be in .DWG format. This plan-type gives you a license to build one home. CAD files, which are developed in drafting software allow for modifications to a plan. The term 'CAD' (computer-aided drafting) refers to both the software and file types, which vary by plan. This option includes a complimentary PDF, and a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home.
