A complete set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format with permission to print unlimited sets to build the home ONE time. This version does NOT come with a copyright release giving you permission to make plan changes. If needing modifications, purchase the CAD.
CAD + PDF - Single-Build
The plans are designed in DataCAD/AutoCAD and come in .dwg format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. The CAD file - and an accompanying PDF for your convenience - is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
