PDF - Single-Build
A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
CAD + PDF - Single Build
This plan is designed in SoftPlan and comes in .DWG format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, the CAD (computer-aided design) is used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release that grants you legal permission to make changes and print a single-use set. The CAD file, along with an accompanying PDF for your convenience, is delivered via email and is accompanied by a license to construct a single home.
