Five printed sets (shipped) and a PDF (delivered digitally) of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
CAD + PDF - Unlimited Build
This plan is designed in Microstation and comes in .DWG format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. The CAD file - and an accompanying PDF for your convenience - is delivered by email and comes with a license to build unlimited homes with no re-use fees.
