A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
5 Sets + PDF
Five printed sets (shipped) and a PDF (delivered digitally) of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
PDF - Unlimited Build
A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD + PDF - Unlimited Build
This plan is designed using AutoCAD LT 2021 and comes in .dwg format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets and comes with a complimentary PDF. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
