Five printed sets (shipped) and a PDF (delivered digitally) of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
PDF - Unlimited Build
A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD + PDF - Single-Build
This plan is designed using SoftPlan and comes in .dwg format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. The CAD file - and an accompanying PDF for your convenience - is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
CAD Unlimited + PDF
This plan is designed using SoftPlan and comes in .dwg format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, the CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
