A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
PDF - Unlimited Build
A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD + PDF - Single-Build
This plan is designed in Chief Architect, comes in .DWG format and is delivered digitally. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. The CAD file - and an accompanying PDF for your convenience - is delivered by email. It includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and to print unlimited sets with a license to build one home.
