A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD - Single-Build
This plan is designed in AutoCAD and comes in .DWG format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. Plans are delivered digitally (1 to 2 business days) and comes with a license to build one home.
CAD Unlimited + PDF
This plan is designed in AutoCAD and comes in .DWG format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. Plans are delivered digitally with a complimentary PDF typically within 1 to 2 days.
