Plan Details

  • This Modern Farmhouse house plan has a 3-car angled garage with 639 square feet of bonus expansion above and an In-Law Suite (included in the Total Living Area) complete with its own kitchen, porch and 2-sided fireplace.
  • Enter the home from the covered front porch and step into the foyer with a powder room and coat closet around the corner. Ahead, you see the fireplace on the back wall of the 2-story great room. 
  • Enjoy the fresh air on the deck off the master suite - or the one off the dining room - as well as on the vaulted porch accessible through French doors placed on either side of the fireplace.
