Plan Details
  • This 3-bed, 1-story house plan gives you 1,600 square feet of heated living space with 500 square foot porches (50' by 10') in front and back giving you great outdoor space to enjoy.
  • French doors open to the living room with fireplace with openings to the kitchen and dining room in back.
  • Double sinks are set below a window looking out back in the kitchen and a pair of French doors open from the dining room to the back porch.
  • The bedrooms are in a split layout with the master suite on the right with two walk-in closets and a five-fixture bath. Across the home, Beds 1 and 2 are separated by a shared bathroom.
  • This house plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
