Plan Details
  • This 2-bed rustic house plan measures 27' wide by 22' deep and gives you 986 square feet of heated living space.
  • An open floor plan greets you as you enter through either the sliding doors in the great room or the single door by the kitchen.
  • The only wall on the main level helps conceal and define the laundry closet and powder bath.
  • A prep island creates an easy flow in the kitchen, while offering a spot for quick meals.
  • Both bedrooms are upstairs and share a bath with a linen closet in the hall.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind.  A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.  A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
