Plan Details
  • A covered porch with standing seam metal roof wraps gently around the French doors that open to the 2-story foyer in this 2846 square foot 3 bed, 2.5 bath farmhouse-style cottage house plan. A 2-car side-entry garage is on the left and a chimney on the right.
  • There are two fireplaces in the home: one in the living room off the foyer behind pocket doors and the other in the great room in the open floor plan in back.
  • The master suite has a tray ceiling, five-fixture bath and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms are upstairs along with convenient laundry, a loft overlooking the foyer and a secret room set behind a murphy door (i.e. a sliding bookcase-type door).
  • Select the optional finished lower level and get a wet bar, family room, a fourth bedroom suite and 1,409 square feet of expansion space.
