This 3 bed country ranch home plan is designed for construction on a slope. Standing on the railed, partially covered and vaulted deck at the rear, you’ll be elevated above ground level. Columns highlight the covered porch and walkway that wraps across much of the front. Skylights brighten the porch, the foyer, and the kitchen’s eating nook, which can also be accessed from the front porch via a set of French doors.
In the foyer, double doors on the left open into a study. An opening on the right leads into the nook and kitchen.
Straight ahead, the foyer spills into the richly windowed dining room and vaulted great room, which are partially separated by a two-sided fireplace. An eating bar rims the work island that bounds the kitchen. Another work island sits at the center of the kitchen, and a roomy walk-in pantry fills one corner.
The vaulted owners’ suite is well isolated from secondary bedrooms.

If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
