Plan Details

  • This 3 bed, 2.5 bath Barndominium-style Craftsman house plan gives you 3,340 square feet of heated living space. Porches front and back - 788 square feet and 539 square feet respectively - give you two fresh air spaces to enjoy.
  • An oversized 2-bay side-entry garage has 1,440 square feet of parking and workspace, and has a convenient covered carport area in front of the bay doors.
  • This house plan was designed with Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
