  • This 2,639 square foot country farmhouse plan gives you 3 beds, 2.5 baths and 550 square feet of expansion above the 1,062 square foot 3-car side-entry garage.
  • An 8'-deep front porch greets you with a pair of French doors centered on it. Inside, your view extends to the dining room to your left and to the vaulted living room with fireplace and out the back of the home without any walls breaking up your view.
  • A huge island (3'6" by 13'2") gives you seating and prep space. A double sink also centered over a window looking out across the huge rear porch that has a fireplace and serves as an outdoor living room.
  • The master suite is privately located on the left and comes complete with a five-fixture bath and a roomy walk-in closet with built-ins. Across the home, two beds share a hall bath.
