  • This 2,653 square foot barndominum-style (i.e. designed with 2x6 exterior wall construction) house plan gives you 3 beds, 3.5 baths and a 2-car 676 square foot side-entry garage. Designed with a huge wall of windows in the back, it maximizes your rear view lot.
  • The highlight of the home is the vaulted family room with loft overlook. The walls are 15'-high and the vault goes up from there. The back wall opens to the rear vaulted porch, extending your enjoyment to a covered fresh air space.
  • A split bedroom layout maximizes your privacy with the vaulted bedroom on the right having outdoor access and the guest bedrooms on the left each having its own back.

  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
