  • Choose either a 2 or 3-car garage design with front or side entry. When entering from the garage, discover a combined mud / laundry room that serves as a drop zone.
  • A tray ceiling helps to define the great room, bordered by a grand corner fireplace and sliding doors that lead to a covered porch. The oversized opening that connects to the eat-in kitchen presents a large cooktop island with seating for seven.
