  • This 362 square foot poolhouse gives you 362 square feet of covered space and makes the perfect space to unwind and entertain when not in the pool.
  • In front, a 193 square foot covered patio with an exposed beam ceiling provides shelter from the sun in style. Two sliding barn doors open to get you inside where you'll find an open space to relax in and a well-appointed wet bar space with built-in cabinets, a sink and refrigerator. 
  • The bulk of the pool house is a spacious open area that provides a comfortable spot to relax in.
  • A full bath features a shower and toilet room. There's also bench seating and lockers, perfect for stowing away swim gear and towels.
  • On the opposite side of the pool house, a dedicated mechanical space houses all the essential pool equipment out of sight.

  • Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurement
