  • Four tapered columns set upon stone bases support a large gable on this 4-bed Exclusive house plan. A shed dormer over the 2-car garage and a smaller gable above the 1-car garage add to the visual appeal of this design.
  • In the front of the home you'll find a  private study behind French doors and a large laundry room and the family entry from the garage.
  • Move towards the back - to the left or right of the stairs (a great circular-flow floor plan) and you reach the open concept part of the home with the kitchen and great room open to each other and to the dining room.
