Plan Details
  • This four bedroom country home was designed with the young family in mind and is designed with a simple shape to build with a stick-framed roof (roof trusses can easily be used for economy and speed of construction where available).
  • Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings with decorative beams in the living room and kitchen and 10' ceilings everywhere else. The generous kitchen has a large 3'6" by 10' island with casual seating and prep space. Overall, the home has good traffic flow and generous storage.
  • Along the back, a large covered rear porch gives you fresh-air space for outdoor enjoyment.
  • There is plenty of room to expand with two bonus rooms above the garage that can be finished to suite a variety of needs: a play room, home office, hobby/craft studio, home theater, guest suite... the possibilities are endless.
