A second-story laundry is a great feature in this 4 bed house plan. There is also an option for a main-level laundry as well.
The porch opens to reveal an open floor plan in the back of the home. To the left of the entry is a private flex room that would make a great study. To the right is the dining room with a column and two openings giving you an open feel.
The family room has a fireplace and built-ins and views that extend all the way across the home to the kitchen. Sliding doors in the eating area open to the back.
Upstairs, you'll find all the bedrooms. There is an expansion option giving you a larger walk-in closet in the master and an ensuite bath off of Bed 2.
