Our client in South Carolina built Architectural Designs’ House Plan 69752AM with help from their builder, Apex Building LLC. They made several modifications such as adding a pitch with a truss to the front porch. They converted this to a two-car side garage while also adding a small porch and side door for convenient access inside. They added a chimney for a wood-burning fireplace that gave the room charm and the house warmth. They removed the outdoor kitchen and extended the staircase. Then they eliminated the wet bar and combined it with the great room, providing more space to accommodate a main level laundry inside the mudroom. Ready when you are! Where do YOU want to build?
