NOTE: the apartment is factored into the total living area.
  • The entry is open to the great room with fireplace and French doors that take you to the back porch.
  • The kitchen has an island with seating for up to four, a walk-in pantry, and is open to both the dining room and the great room.
  • A split bedroom layout maximizes your privacy with the master suite occupying the entire right side of the home when you include the office which is accessible from the bedroom through a pocket door. Bed 2 is across the home and has direct access to Bath 2.
  • Upstairs, a loft overlooking the great room below is flanked by two matching pairs of 14' by 12' bedrooms with Jack and Jill baths.
  • This house plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home.
