Plan Details

This 5-bed shingle style house plan has a timeless exterior with two functioning gabled dormers to either side of the covered entry. An L-shaped porch and a standing seam metal roof adds to the appeal.
A large mud room off the foyer has a built-in bench and hooks to help control clutter (as well as laundry and a storage closet).
An open concept layout gives you an L-shaped island kitchen with seating for 5, a great room with fireplace and rear porch access and a dining room filled with windows that enjoys access to both the front and rear porches.
The master suite also has rear porch access as well as a walk-in closet, two vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms have walk-in closets and their own bathrooms. The two bedrooms in back have private balconies.
If you choose to finish the lower level - it adds 1,737 square feet if you do - you'll get two bunk rooms with a shared bath and a fun space with a bar area open to a rec room with fireplace and a lounge area.
