  • A covered porch runs along the entire 60' width of this 6-car  pole barn garage.
  • The garage is deep enough  to park three vehicles behind each of the garage bays in tandem fashion.
  • One bay has a 16'-wide by 8'-high garage door and the other has a 12'-wide by 8'-high door, allowing for vehicles of many sizes to fit inside.
  • This plan is designed for post-frame construction, which is typically less expensive than conventionally framed designs. The posts/poles carry the load, meaning the walls are not load bearing.

  • Cover Sheet: Shows the front elevation and typical notes and requirements.
  • Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurement
