This plan is designed with conventional wood framing - with 2x4 exterior walls or upgrade to 2x6 framing.
The main floor gives you 4 stalls on the left with a breezeway running front to back separating them from the tack room and flex space. Stairs wrap around the bathroom with shower in back.
