  • This barndominium (or do we call it a "shouse"?; combo of "shop" and "house" instead) gives you shop and a house under one roof. Essentially, buy and build this and you are getting a massive shop on the main level with a fully functional living quarters above.
  • The shop area comes in at over 3,000 square feet and is a great place for any hobbyist or anyone who works in their garage daily.  An office is just off the shop area and provides a great space to run your business from.
  • Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find an absolutely amazing 1 bedroom apartment with a great room warmed by a fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves.
