Painted wooden shutters give a traditional look to this ranch-style home. Columns and a trio of gables add to the nostalgic front faзade.
The recessed porch opens into a short foyer that feeds into a bright and spacious great room. As you step into this room, you can gaze out a wide expanse of glass to the covered patio and landscape beyond. A gas fireplace nestles into a corner by the rear windows.
This relaxed gathering space is completely open to the kitchen and dining room on the left. A work island with built-in sink and dishwasher provides partial separation. The eating bar on one side is handy for snacking, homework supervision, and chatting with people working in the kitchen. A step-in pantry is in the passageway that leads to a good-sized utility room and the two-car garage.

Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
