  • A powder bath rests just inside the front entry, near a hall closet. L-shaped kitchen counters overlook a breakfast nook, and a centrally located laundry room adds convenience while providing access to the master bathroom.

  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
