Plan Details

  • Traditional detailing decorates the exterior of this compact two-story design, just perfect for a long, narrow lot. Notice the rear access to the detached two-car garage, which opens to a screened porch off the dining room.
  • Stepping across the charming wrap-around porch, you step into a small entry and then the living room. Most of the first floor forms one space, divided only by a central core with a fireplace and TV space on the living room side, and a stove and counter space on the kitchen-dining side.
  • The kitchen features a walk-in pantry and a central food-preparation island.
