  • All versions of this house plan have the bedrooms running along the left of the home, leaving the rest for the open floor plan for family and friends. A study in front can be removed in the smaller version.
  • The living room has an optional fireplace and stairs that run to the basement if you choose that foundation.
  • From the kitchen, you can serve guests at the counter or the dining room and have views to the front and back of the home.
