Plan Details

  • This country cottage house plan has great symmetry with the 8'-deep porch - with exposed rafter tails - centered on the home and matching windows to either side. Above, divided lights in the 3 over 2 windows - with a touch of board and batten - lend to the great curb appeal. 
  • Enter the foyer - closed off from the home by sliding barn doors - with a powder room and closet to either side.
  • The main portion of the first floor is an open concept layout with the living room flowing to the kitchen with large island (with counter seating) and the dining room.
  • The master bedroom is also on the main floor and enjoys porch access, as does the living room. The porch is divided into a screened and open portions.
  • Upstairs, a loft is set at the top of the stairs and bedrooms are on either side of the floor. A shared bathroom has two vanities.
