Plan Details
  • Board and batten siding covers the front of this country farmhouse plan. A double-hung window - there for aesthetics - above the four-columned covered porch helps give the home great curb appeal.
  • French doors welcome you to the foyer which gives you views extending through the great room ahead. The great room has 12' ceilings and two sets of French doors flanking the fireplace on the back wall that lead to the deep rear porch.
  • The kitchen sits at the nexus of the great room and breakfast room and has a large island (8' by 3'6") givingyou great prep space and casual seating at the same time. You'll also enjoy the storage provided by the walk-in pantry.
  • The vaulted master suite with five-fixture bath is located on the left side of the home. A pocket office is steps away. Across the home, two bedrooms share a hall bath.
