This beautiful Craftsman house plan is a slightly smaller version of plan 73330HS and shares the thoughtful detailing that makes that plan a great success.
French doors take you into the wide foyer with closet and study to the side. Ahead you get glimpses of the 2-story that is the centerpiece of the home.
The great room room features a 2-sided fireplace shared with the heath room. Windows give you expansive views to the back and bathe the room in natural light. Railings about on three sides connect the room to the second floor.
The kitchen is roomy and enjoys views to the great room and dinette. There is seating for casual eating at the island and easy access to the back deck for al fresco dining and the formal dining room with a built-in hutch.
Charming window seats can be found on the landing and in bedrooms 2 and 3.
The second floor holds a sumptuous master suite with a romantic corner fireplace. The master bath has two sinks, a big soaking tub and large walk-in closet. Three more beds are upstairs as is the laundry room for your convenience.
Finish the lower level and gain an amazing family room and games room with wet bar plus storage and an extra bedroom and bath.
The roof is a truss design with a 12:12 pitch.
