Our client built a modified version of Architectural Designs Exclusive Modern Farmhouse Plan 654007KNA built in reverse on their property in Tennessee. They modified the plan for a side-entry garage and expanded the rear porch, added a side porch that will soon be screened in, moved the wet sink from the pantry to the dining room making a Bar Room and removed the wall between the Mud Room and Laundry Room.
