Plan Details

  • This country home plan gives you anywhere from 2,763 square feet of heated living and 3 bedrooms to over 6,000 square feet of heated living and 6 bedrooms depending on the options - all come with the purchase of this exclusive house plan - you decide to build.
  • The center portion of the home is open concept and presents the kitchen in front with large farmhouse sink set below a window looking out front, a 7' by 5' island and large walk-in pantry open to the vaulted dining and family room. The back wall opens and connects to the screen porch, giving you the best of indoor-outdoor living.
  • The primary bedroom is the only one on the main floor and has windows lining three walls.
  • The second floor gives you two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a game room loft with windows looking out across the two-story space below.
