  • This Farmhouse Ranch Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.
  • A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home.
  • The 10'-deep front porch welcomes you into an open-concept living space with clean views through the interior and onto the back porch that is protected from the elements.
  • The kitchen's island provides 3 seats for quick meals, and the nearby hallway leads to a pantry, laundry room, mudroom, and eventually the 2-car garage.
  • Homeowners will appreciate the privacy afforded to the master bedroom, paired with a 5-fixture bathroom and walk-in closet, while three family bedrooms line the right side of the home and share a full bathroom.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.
