Plan Details

  • This country cabin has a 6' deep porch spanning the entire front and a 10' deep one on the side, giving you two great outdoor spaces to enjoy in addition tp to the 1200 square feet of heated space inside.
  • An open floor plan gives you a kitchen with tons of storage and an area for a buffet or china cabinet that is open to the living space that is flooded with natural light.
  • It is easy to transition from the indoor and outdoor spaces with two French doors accessing the front porch and sliding doors accessing the side porch.
  • Bed 1 on the main floor is spacious and has a large walk in closet. The full bath on the main floor holds a stackable washer and dryer for easy access
  • Upstairs holds a loft that can be used for a home office and the second bedroom with two large spacious closets and loads of windows that bring in natural light.
  • GARAGE OPTION: Get a 1-car garage (264 sq. ft.) for as an upgrade through the "Options" menu. The overall width of the home becomes 55'4" with the garage option.

  • Foundation Plan: Includes layout of foundation support walls, plus excavated and unexcavated areas, if applicable.
  • Detailed Floor Plans: These plans show the layout of each floor of the house, including room dimensions, window and doors sizes and keys for cross section details provided later in the plans. Engineered floor joist, ceiling joist and roof plans are not included in some plans. Local engineers or manufacturing engineers are widely available to supply the services that apply to local geographic conditions.
  • Interior Details: These drawings show the specific details and design of special interior features.
  • Roof Plan: Includes the overall layout for roof construction. If trusses are used, we recommend using a local truss manufacturer to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Cross Section Detail: Important changes in floor, ceiling and roof heights or the relationship of one level to another are called out. Exterior details such as railing and banding may also be shown.
  • Electrical: Electrical floor plan schematics for 1st and 2nd floors.
