  • This modern farmhouse plan bends traditional farmhouse and country design with modern elements to create the perfect 3 or 4 bed home plan. The use of siding with a brick skirt enhances the curb appeal. The welcoming front porch is complemented by dormers and large windows.
  • The foyer has lofty 10’ ceilings. To the right, you'll find a den or guest room. This room has a 10’ ceiling, a private ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. To the left of the foyer is the formal dining room which also has a 10’ ceiling and opens to the great room/kitchen.
