Plan Details

  • This 3-bed, 2.5 bath modern house plan gives you 2,609 square feet of heated living with a third floor home office and rooftop outdoor living space. This home offers a beautiful view of elongated windows and mixed brick siding. 
  • Pull into the rear garage and walk into the (optional) fenced-in yard on the left side of the home. Find the entrance on the covered porch. At first glance, this home offers an open floor plan with faux beams that add character to the home.  You’ll find a great room with a linear electric fireplace to warm up this modern first floor. This floor also features a public restroom, a kitchen with an island, and a wet bar.
  • All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite features a walk-in closet and a master bath with sinks on either side of the room, a tub and a tile shower. A large balcony gives you views to the front.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 have private baths with tile showers. Washer and dryer space is on this floor as well.
