Plan Details
  • This one-story New American house plan has amazing curb appeal with its multiple gabled, mixed material exterior. Deep eaves, decorative brackets and a deep front porch add to the appeal.
  • Step through a pair of French doors and find yourself in the vaulted foyer with your views - and the vault (20' high) - extending into the great room to the back wall. A fireplace is located on the right wall and windows line the back giving you great views.
  • An open floor plan gives you unobstructed views from behind the massive kitchen island to the fireplace and to the dining room as well. Talking dining, you can move your meals outside to one of two covered patios accessible from the dining room.
