  • This 5 bed, 4.5 bath Mountain-style Craftsman house plan gives you 3,683 square feet of heated living area, plus an optionally finished in-law suite/1-bed apartment (850 square feet) above the 3-car garage. An additional 2,610 square feet of expansions space is there for your use in the basement.
  • The main floor has 10' ceilings throughout with the exception being the 2-story foyer and the 20'6"-high vaulted great room. 
  • A den off the foyer with closet and powder room access makes a great work-from-home space. A formal dining room to the right of the foyer is accessed through a barrel vaulted passage and has an attractive coffered ceiling.
  • A large island (11' by 4') and pantry (10'3" by 8'6") makes the kitchen a joy to use. French doors open to the back porch where an outdoor kitchen awaits.
