  • Perfect for your narrow lot, this 40'-wide modern farmhouse plan gives you 3 beds wrapped in an attractive exterior featuring clapboard siding, board and batten in the gable peaks and decorative brackets. Inside, you are greeted with an open floor plan.
  • Your home office is located off the foyer and gives you a great work-from-home space. With a full bathroom steps away, this room could alternatively be used as a guest bedroom.
  • A fireplace on the left wall of the great room can be seen from the kitchen and the dining area. The large kitchen island (3'6" by 9') is a great place for quick meals and small family gatherings. You will find the large walk-in pantry (6'4" by 7') indispensable. Slide open the doors by the dining room and take your meal out to the covered rear porch.
  • The master suite has an option to access the rear porch and has a large walk-in closet and a five-fixture bath. Laundry is on this floor (as well as upstairs), a real convenience.
  • The second floor gives you a large loft, an ideal place for a media room or game room. Each of the two bedrooms has walk-in closets and they share a bath with two vanities. You'll appreciate having laundry upstairs, as well as 301 square feet of expansion space over the garage.
