  • This New American farmhouse plan has a symmetrical facade with the gables at the end - the garage on the left, master suite on the right - mirroring each other and the front doors centered on the porch with gable above.
  • Inside, there is circular flow with the dining room to the left having access to the open floor plan in back which is also accessible straight from the foyer.
  • The kitchen has a large island with seating for up to four. A window above the sink gives you views across the covered porch in back. 
  • A corner fireplace in the family room has built-ins to the right and the room has direct back porch access through sliding doors.
  • The master suite has a vaulted ceiling and its own private porch. The bath has two vanities and a separate tub and walk-in shower. A large walk-in closet with room for two at once completes the suite.
  • Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bath and a loft/media area gives the kids a place to play. A door takes you to a private workspace which could make a great work-from-home space.
