Plan Details
  • A shed roof extends over the 50'-wide front porch on this one-bedroom 885 square foot house plan. Two garage bays on back get you access to the 1,410 square foot garage.
  • Half of the floor plan is open concept with a corner kitchen, dining and living room. A double sink is centered over windows.
  • Laundry, bathroom and pantry provide separation between the open concept area and the bedroom.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind.  A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.  A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
