Plan Details
  • A 10'-deep porch welcomes you inside this Barndominium style house plan that delivers a simple, one-level design for everyday living.
  • A cathedral ceiling soars above the open living space, and an island centered in the kitchen provides 3 seats for quick meals.
  • The master bedroom is accompanied by a walk-in closet and bathroom with wet room that combines the tub and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, down the hall from the laundry room.
  • This house plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
