Plan Details

Charming shutters grace the front of this country house plan. A welcoming front porch is an ideal place for a porch swing or other patio furniture.
Inside this single level design, the great room fills the core of the home. The kitchen is located towards the front and is well-appointed boasting a flush eating bar plus two pot fillers. One conveniently located over the stove the other by a coffee bar next to the refrigerator. A step-in pantry is just steps away.
The floor plan offers nice separation between the additional bedrooms and the owners' suite which fills the back-right corner. This private retreat is richly windowed and features a large walk-in closet plus a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the left and accessed through a cased opening from the great room.

Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
